We’re on the lookout for a Technical Account Manager who can lead client relationships, steer solution delivery, and bring bold ideas to life in partnership working with a growing hi-tech client who deliver solutions using the latest in Gen AI technology.
This is a fully remote role in Ireland with a vibrant, values-driven company that’s scaling fast and doing exciting work at the intersection of Gen AI, consulting, and real-world impact.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a trusted partner to some of the organisation’s most important clients, you’ll:

Take charge of key accounts, understanding business needs and helping shape tailored B2B Gen AI solutions that deliver real results.

Act as the vital link between the technical and business worlds—making the complex simple, and the possibilities clear.

Oversee projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines are met, value is delivered, and clients stay delighted.

Lead workshops, create action plans, and guide training sessions to boost client adoption and impact.

Spot new opportunities for value-add and continuously improve how services are delivered.

You must have technical knowledge to bridge communications between the engineering team and client side developers. Ideally you may have started your career as a Software Engineer before moving into Technical Account or Product Management.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, client-centric environments where no two days look the same and your work truly matters.
What You Bring:

Experience working with clients on technical products, services, or teams—bonus points for AI, ML, data, or SaaS experience.

A knack for building rapport with clients, understanding their goals, and designing solutions that work.

Confidence leading conversations with both technical teams and business decision-makers. This is where your technical knowledge comes into play.

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to keep things on track, even when they’re complex.
