Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP | Microsoft Partner) – Dublin · Hybrid
Ready for real variety in a multi-customer environment? We’re hiring a hands-on Level 2 IT Engineer who can own escalations, keep tenants healthy, and support rollouts across the Microsoft stack.
** Please note you absolutely MUST have Irish MSP experience for this role.
You will have strong career progression in this role from Level 2 moving up towards Level 3 and more project work.
What you’ll work on:
- L2 ownership: diagnose methodically, fix, document clearly
- Microsoft 365: mail/collab/storage tenancy care
- Identity & devices: Entra ID (Azure AD) + Intune/Endpoint Manager (Autopilot, compliance, CA)
- Windows: support Windows 10/11 and core server services
- Everyday networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Work the MSP way: PSA/RMM, SLAs, asset hygiene, clear comms
Requirements
Must-haves:
- 2–5 years in an MSP (essential)
- Exposure to a Microsoft Partner environment
- Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune
- Structured troubleshooting, crisp ticket notes, calm user comms
Nice-to-haves:
- MS-102 / MD-102 / AZ-104, PowerShell, Autopilot/Conditional Access, PSA/RMM familiarity
