Senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2 – Dublin

The client is an expanding Microsoft MSP based here in Dublin. They need an experienced Technical Support Engineer who has proven experience supporting Microsoft products to join their team.
You need to be at least a Level 2 IT Engineer, you need to be based in or close to Dublin, and you need to be legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport, or the correct visa/work permit.
You will have key skills & experience such as…
- At least 5+ years IT experience supporting Microsoft products
- Active Directory
- Office 365 Administration
- Windows Server
- Azure experience is a bonus
- Windows 7-10
- Excellent client communication skills with good clear English
- Living in or near Dublin and legal to work in Ireland
You'll have a great opportunity to work on more client projects. You'll learn a lot about Azure, cloud & security.
You will be encouraged & mentored to study for your Microsoft certifications & sent on training courses.
The client is based in North Dublin, however if you have solid experience doing Technical Support at Level 2, you will be able to have plenty of remote work days too.

There is also a separate Senior Field Service IT Support Engineer role with the same client, for that role you will need to have a full Irish driving license and enjoy client-facing work.
