Senior IT Helpdesk Technical Support – North Dublin
A well-established MSP Microsoft Partner company based in North Dublin have a new role open up for a Senior IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer.
For you to apply, firstly you must have proven IT Support experience in a proper job supporting Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, be legal to work in Ireland, clear fluent business English, & be able to make it to the clients office in North Dublin 5 days per week.
You will join an IT Services client who have a wide book of SME clients across the Dublin area whom they provide managed services for. The client is increasingly focused on IT Security & Compliance, which will give you a great opportunity to learn.
You will receive excellent training and mentorship in his role, with a career pathway to the next level, and strong encouragement for you to progress with Microsoft certifications.
The client is based in North Dublin, and require an experienced IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer for an internal role which will be 5 days per week in the office.
Requirements
Key skills & experience:
- 3-4+ years hands-on IT Technical Support
- Office/Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory
- Azure knowledge
- Windows
- Windows Server
- Legal to work in Ireland with proper visa
- Fluent, clear business level English
- Living close to North Dublin
