QA Engineer

An experienced QA Engineer is required by our client who is a leading high-tech company, and a player developing cutting edge open source products in the mobile software sector. This opportunity will offer a seasoned QA Engineer interesting work, stimulating projects, and an exposure to the latest new progressive technologies. Our client is noted for their wonderful working environment and cool internal culture and ethos. 

With a Dublin City Centre location all amenities are nearby, and the office is only minutes from all main the transport hubs. Proven QA Engineering experience is required with strong Python and Linux skills.

Key Skills:

• Several years experience as a QA Engineer, testing and test automation experience.

• You must have good knowledge of programming and scripting languages especially Python and Perl, Bash, Ruby or Java.

• Strong Linux and/or Unix experience.

• Tracking tools like JIRA, CI tools such as Jenkins, Hudson and CruiseControl.

• Knowledge of version control tools (such as GIT, CVS and ClearCase).

• Interest in working in an Agile development environment.

You should have an IT, Computing or Computer Science related degree or qualification.
