client is a leading financial services organisation based in
Dublin city centre. There is much change in their business as it
moves to embrace the benefits of agile development, automated
testing, and continuous deployments within a DevOps culture.
Essential Experience
On their behalf, we are recruiting a Solutions Architect / Team Lead
who has previous experience in such a transformation, thus providing
the necessary expertise to drive implementation, avoiding common
pitfalls based on previous lessons-learned to define and manage the transformation.
The Architect will lead a team of .NET developers, who will
perform the bulk of the low-level work, and systems engineers
throughout the implementation and deployment of technical solutions.
This hands-on role involves detailed functional and high-level
technical designs to deliver IT solutions that meet the business'
needs . Aside from technical "know how", t he ability to
communicate clearly and confidently whilst also being open to the
team expressing their own ideas is essential.
Technical Skills
The Technical Architect / Lead will have commercial experience in
.NET skills such as C# / VB.NET, SQL Server, and collaboration
software TFS, MS Release tools, and other components of the Microsoft
Stack from design to deployment.
