Senior L3 Technical Support Engineer – Dublin
An established, growing MSP based in Dublin have just opened an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Senior Technical Support Engineer who has a proven client project track record.
The role has opened due to continual year on year customer growth, causing a continual stream of new projects for you to tackle.

This Senior Technical Support Engineer L3 role will be a project focused role, where as the L3, you will work with clients running the whole A – Z of projects from design, implementation, through to completion.
You will be a senior team member who will collaborate with consultants, senior engineers & helpdesk support.
This MSP offers their clients high-level service with a focus on cloud migrations & virtualisation.
Requirements
- Level 3 Support experience with an MSP or Microsoft Partner, focusing on the Microsoft stack
- Proven experience running projects such as migrations for multiple clients
- Strong administration on MS Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams
- Azure & Cloud
- Powershell
- MS Security
- Networking protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, LAN, WAN
- Excellent client communication experience
- Microsoft Certification is a bonus
- You must be legal to work in Ireland & live in or close to Dublin
Benefits
There is an excellent basic salary for this role, depending on experience from €55,000 to €65,000 with benefits, pension, & perks. Once you pass 6 months probation you can receive a company vehicle.
