IT Services client & Microsoft partner based in North Dublin have a need for a Lead Technical Support Escalation Engineer Level 3 for a new challenging position.
This client provides award winning IT Services to a range of medium & small clients across the Dublin area. As Lead Technical Support Escalation Engineer L3 you will take charge of and run projects such as server migrations to the cloud, and also be the senior technical anchor to to solve problems and mentor the helpdesk L1 and L2 team.
This role will allow you to take charge of and run projects technically, and also be involved with discussions with clients regarding projects.
You must have a proven track record at Level 3 Support or be a very strong Level 2 who is ready and able ot step up to Level 3. You are strongly skilled with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Office365, Servers (important you know Servers), Azure, Networks, Firewalls, Routers, WiFi, etc.
This mainly will be an in-house role with a some client visits on occasion.
- Proven experience at Level 3 or very strong Level 2.
- Microsoft products Active Directory, Office365, Azure etc.
- Servers are a must.
- Networks – routers, switches. WiFi.
- Ability to manage server migration projects
- Strong communication skills with team & external customers.
- Legal to work in Ireland, living near North Dublin.

Depending on your experience, salary will range from €40,000 to €55,000 max. You must be highly skilled & strongly experience for the top end of the salary scale.
