Senior IT Technical Support Engineer L2 – L3 – Dublin
A leading Microsoft Partner IT Services company based in Dublin, have an interesting career opportunity for an in-house Senior Technical Support Engineer.
In this role you will provide IT support to a range of SME clients on Microsoft products. This is an excellent role for you, as you will be mentored to up-skill to the next level. You will begin to advance to work on client projects such as migrations and upgrades.
For this role, you must be an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer with at least Level 2 Helpdesk experience. Additional client project experience is an advantage.
The role is office is based with our client who is located in North Dublin. After you pass probation, you can avail of a couple of days a week work from home.
We are looking for an IT Engineer who is ambitious, wants to get to the next level, and is interested in progressing with Microsoft Certifications. The client will pay for your training courses and Microsoft exams.


You need several years' hands-on IT Support Helpdesk experience at least Level 2 at a minimum.

Office365 Admin strong skills needed
Active Directory
L2 minimum to L3 help desk experience
Networking knowledge.
PC Support
Living in Dublin or reasonably close
You must be legal to work in Ireland right now (No visa sponsorship is available)
